No. 280 of 2010 by recall of the order dated 26.11.2014 whereby the appeal was dismissed for non prosecution since the appellants failed to appear on two dates. Considering the facts stated in the application and submissions made in support thereof, the same is allowed. The order dated 26.11.2014 is recalled and S.A. No. 280 of 2010 is restored to its original file and number subject to deposit of Rs. 500/- in the Patna High Court legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof within two weeks.
