The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015, G.R. No. 3673 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Section304(B) of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioners being the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the grand-daughter of the informant, namely, Sonam Devi, alongwith others used to torture her for non-fulfillment of dowry demand by way of cash amount and motorcycle and ultimately they burnt her to death just after approximately two years of marriage. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner no. 1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner no. 2 is the father-in-law of the deceased. Petitioners are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 75/2015, G.R. No. 3673 of 2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Saran at Chapra, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
