In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 376 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. As per the allegation, accused persons were armed with lethal weapons, abused and assaulted the Baisur and husband of the informant. Specific allegation has been made against Ranbeer Yadav to have fired the gun with the intention to kill her Baisur, but it was narrow escape. There is case and counter case from both sides. There is no specific allegation made against these petitioners except against Ranbeer Yadav.

Case No. 376 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
