The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1167 of 2017/Tr. No.2305 of 2018 registered under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submit that, earlier, on their joint prayer, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, for settlement of the dispute in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21123 of 2019(4) dt.02-08-2019 2/2 between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife, where they settled their dispute in terms of the memorandum of agreement dated 09.07.20119, which is the part of the report dated 12.07.2019 of the Mediator, Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna.

Since the dispute has already been settled in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Smita Raj, J.M.F.C., Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Complaint Case No.1167 of 2017/Tr. No.2305 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
