The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Barari P.S. Case No.85 of 2015 registered under sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is contended that on the basis of false and concocted allegations the present case has been instituted. Be that as it may, regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the
