The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation against the petitioner to have caused injury by iron rod but it has come in the order of the Sessions Judge that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Three accused persons having similar allegation have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 57419 of 2015.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26905 of 2016 (2) dt.04-07-2016 let petitioner, namely, Kapil Manjhi, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.72 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
