After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Hon'ble Jharkhand High Court.

It is needless to state that in case, law permits, the petitioner is free to approach the appropriate Court of competent jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
