JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. The matter relates to fraudulent withdrawal of a sum of Rs. 1,23,000/-. Denying the allegation of fraudulent withdrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that without prejudice to his rights and contentions before appropriate forum, the petitioner has deposited the said amount of Rs. 1,23,000/- in the account of M/s Barrackpore Medicare and Recovery Centre Limited. He has further stated, referring to paragraph 3 of the application the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.50438 of 2014 (3) dt.25-06-2015 In view of the submission as above, let petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pravin Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in Jakkanpur P.S.
