2. The petitioners, six in numbers, who are

Patna High Court CWJC No.6588 of 2022(8) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 Panchayat Teachers in different schools of the districts of Gopalganj, Saran, Patna, Siwan and Sitamarhi, have filed this writ petition for grant of trained scale since the date of their appointment.

3. Since the petitioners are Panchayat Teachers, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above liberty.
