Earlier also, by an order dated 25.07.2006, the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution, but was subsequently restored, yet none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner to press this application. It appears that the petitioner has lost his interest in the present proceeding. In above view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
