Sri Tuhin Shankar, learned counsel for the appellant states and places on record that in Divorce Case No. 45 of 2016, as before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra, by order dated 02.06.2016, in terms of Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, the parties have, with mutual consent, agreed to dissolve the matters with permanent alimony as stipulated therein.
