The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation petitioner is liable to pay Rs.15,00,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of dispute of partnership. It is basically a money dispute between two persons and for that Money Suit No. 19 of 2015 has already been filed.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26912 of 2016 (2) dt.04-07-2016 the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Naresh Mahto alias Sri Naresh Mahto, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Execution Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.28624 © of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
