Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 376, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of POCSO Act.

The victim has supported the story of her rape as well as participation of the petitioner in the alleged crime in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018 stands rejected.
