2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one live cartridge, one mobile phone and one country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Petitioner was found planning a loot and has clean antecedent. Petitioner is in jail since 17.09.2023.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25582 of 2024(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Danapur, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 07 of 2024 arising out of Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 308 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 6(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Ranitalab Police Station, Patna on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

7. This application stands allowed.
