2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 103(1) and 3(5) of BNS 2023 .

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely, Laskhmi Devi, alleged that on 04.08.2024 , during a marriage event, daughter of informant went behind the DJ trolley and did not return . It is further alleged that on 06.08.2024 , her dead body was found behind the house of husband of this petitioner. Informant suspect that her daughter was raped by accused persons and thereafter killed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22264 of 2025(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 and she has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R., and there is specific allegation that she along with other co-accused persons committed murder of daughter of informant. The dead body of deceased was found behind house of this petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
