JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-05-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. This application has been filed for restoration of C. Misc. No. 116 of 2021, which was dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 21.12.2021.

For the reasons disclosed in the restoration application it is allowed, and C. Misc. No. 116 of 2021 is restored to its original file and number.
