And also for setting aside the order of warring issued against the petitioner vide letter no. 1396 dated 12.08.2020 in view of the facts the complainant out his own motion has withdrawn the complaint against the petitioner in black and white.

(ii) For a direction to the respondent authorities to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Agriculture Coordinator with all consequential benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the appellate authority to dispose off the appeal which has been filed by the petitioner on 22.11.2021.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the appellate authority to dispose off the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner, if the same has not yet been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
