The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C2A No.101 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 32(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has four criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
