The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 170, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, it is alleged that the petitioner used to mislead and cheat common and poor illiterate people in the name of land mutation. It is further alleged that the petitioner was apprehended on the spot and on search, several receipts, photocopy of aadhar card and other documents were recovered.

The petitioner has gone to Block for his work but due to enmity with some local people he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is an Amin and he works in local level which is evident from Annexure-2 and he had taken 2500/- for the past pending mutation case number-4963/22-23 and 7006/22-23. He has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that there is no consistent evidence found against him. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 26.01.2023. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 44 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial
