Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to incorporate the alias name of the father of the petitioner as 'Manoj Kumar Singh' in the cause title. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.03.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 4402 of 2019 stating that the father's name of the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20818 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 'Vinod Kumar Singh' whereas he is also known as 'Manoj Kumar Singh', as such the said name may also be incorporated in the cause title.

In view of the above, the father's name of the petitioner shall be read as 'Vinod Kumar Singh @ Manoj Kumar Singh'.

The order dated 07.03.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 4402 of 2019, is modified to the aforementioned extent indicated above.
