27-07-2016 Heard Sri Bimal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is a P.D.S. dealer has approached this Court apprehending his arrest in Korha P.S. Case No. 39 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He submits that on the basis of statement of two other persons, petitioner has been made accused, whereas, on verification of stock register, which was counter-signed by the Supply Inspector, no irregularity was found. On aforesaid ground, a prayer has been made to grant anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28389 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 Besides hearing, I have also perused the materials on record. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
