The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 27.9.2018 in connection with seizure of 45 liters of liquor.
