The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.789 of 2023, arising out of Piyar P.S. Case No.62 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are said to have killed the husband of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2023.

Since the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
