The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant, his wife and brother by means of axe and khanti, due to which they sustained injuries. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. No deadly weapon is alleged to have been used in course of occurrence. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after completion of seven months in custody from 15.01.2019, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Nawada in connection with Kowakol P.S. case No.211 of 2018 (G.R. No.3591 of 2018.
