1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities to pay due salary of her deceased husband in the revised pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.1996 and the actual payment w.e.f. 01.04.1997 in view of the decision as contained in letter containing memo no. 746 dated 23.12.2017 issued under signature of Director-In-Chief (Disease Control), Health Service, Bihar, Patna."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Health Services, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Director, Health Services, Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
