15-10-2015 Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Ara Rail P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confession of accused person.

It was a case of dacoity in a running train. The Court is of the opinion that in such cases, there is no point for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
