Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and the impugned order of learned Sessions Judge goes to show that co-accused Bunty Kumar and Gorakh Yadav were arrested in connection with R.K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018 and in that case co-accused, Bunty Kumar made his confessional statement disclosing the involvement of the petitioner in the present case.
