JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i. For a direction commanding the Respondent Authorities (Respondents 1st Set) to construct a connecting road to the main road from the Petitioner's house, as proposed in the representations submitted by the Petitioner and to further dispose by allowing

ii. For a direction commanding Respondents 1st Set to immediately remove the obstruction caused to the easement of the Petitioner and his family by Respondents 2nd Set.

To award the cost in favour of the petitioner for the harassment, agony and unnecessary litigation suffered by the petitioner due to the negligent, arbitrary and lackadaisical approach of the Respondent Authorities."

After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Samastipur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
