The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gamharia P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that they all indiscriminately fired and caused injury.
It is submitted that there is counter version. The occurrence took place on account of land dispute, but the I.O. has not collected the injury report and submitted the charge sheet. When show cause notice was issued, the I.O. took the injury report from the hospital and submitted supplementary charge sheet.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37702 of 2014 (5) dt.26-06-2015 2/2 There appears that there is allegation of firing and many persons were injured and got firearm injuries.
