JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State of Bihar.

The petitioner is the wife of Late Mukesh Kumar, who died few years after marriage. The in-laws, who are Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 9, in the present application, have been made accused in Janta Bazar Police Station Case No. 26 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28408 of 2017 (2) dt.23-06-2017 2/2 Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. They have been allowed anticipatory bail by learned Sessions Judge, Saran, at Chapra, by an order, dated 09.03.2017, passed in ABP No. 637 of 2017.

This application has been filed for cancellation of bail.

On perusal of the materials available on record, I find that there is no specific allegation of misuse of privilege of bail. No case for cancellation of bail is made out.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
