2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 23.07.2021 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 59 of 2019 by the Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua affirming the order dated 18.12.2018 passed by the Court of learned ACJM-IV, Kaimur at Bhabhua who had been pleased to hold that prima facie case is made out against the present petitioner, named accused in FIR and sufficient material is available for further proceeding and as a result the present petitioner has also been put up for trial and accordingly the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24353 of 2022(2) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 office was directed to issue summons against the petitioner.
