====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bandeya P. S. Case No. 13/2020 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., four unknown miscreants riding on two motorcycles intercepted informant and demanded cash on gun point.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and his name transpired during course of investigation. Till date petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21814 of 2025(2) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 bail vide Annexure-P2 Series. Petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Bandeya P. S. Case No. 13/2020.
