Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Parasi P.S. Case No. 91 of 2022 dated 21.08.2022 registered for the offences punishable u/s 379, 420, 341, 323, 354, 406, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of cheating of Rs. 2.50 lacs for non-payment of the dues amount of the tractor which the informant's son and the

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has not committed any fraud. The petitioner is accused in five more criminal cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition and out of 5 cases he is on bail in 4 cases. The petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2023. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Arwal in connection with Parasi P.S. Case No. 91 of 2022.
The application stands allowed.
