2. Appellant-wife is aggrieved by the order dated 16.04.2014, passed by Principal Judge Family Court, Saran at Chapra, in Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 219 of 2013 wherefrom it appears that the marriage of the appellant with her husband has been dissolved under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act with mutual consent and on payment of lump sum amount.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that the aforesaid order was obtained by the respondent-husband by keeping the appellant in dark within one year of the marriage and

4. Let appellant bring the aforesaid fact to the notice of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra and he shall be obliged to pass a reasoned order in the light of the submission made pursuant to this order.

5. Appeal stands disposed of.
