The issue involved in the present writ application has already been decided by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Yogendra Prasad Vs. Magadh University & others vide judgment dated 20.12.2019 passed in CWJC No. 4649 of 2019 and other analogous cases.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9256 of 2019(5) dt.26-08-2020 2/2 In view of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Yogendra Prasad Vs. Magadh University & others vide judgment dated 20.12.2019 passed in CWJC No. 4649 of 2019 and other analogous cases, respondents are directed to calculate pensionary benefits in the light of the aforesaid declaration of this Court within a maximum period of four months from the date of the receipt/production of a copy of this order. Thereafter payment of the entire post retiral dues shall be made to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
