The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a criminal prosecution registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is named in the FIR vide Annexure-1 as the main accused and further taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is accused in other four criminal cases, besides the present one, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Dehari (Dalmiya Nagar) P.S. Case No.268 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehari-on-Sone, Rohtas is rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders in the court below within a period of one month from today and applies for regular bail, then the same shall be considered and decided on its own merits without being prejudiced by the rejection of his prayer for anticipatory bail by the present order.
