The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ariari P.S. Case No. 159 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his sister was married to the petitioner about five years ago. The petitioner and his family members demanded Palang and box. Sanoj Yadav the brother-in-law of the deceased informed the informant that his sister was suffering from abdominal pain but immediately thereafter she died. The informant and others found the dead body. The informant and other witnesses have stated that the petitioner being husband was demanding additional dowry. It appears from perusal of the post-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29776 of 2016 (3) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 mortem report that the deceased was strangulated to death and there were other injuries on her body.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
