2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Minapur(Meenapur) P.S. Case No. 346 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case in nutshell is that informant got knowledge that co-accused persons have abducted his daughter. When informant along with his wife went to the house of coaccused Lakshmi Narayan Prasad, all the accused persons started assaulting him and his wife due to which informant's wife died. It is further alleged that petitioner was also involved in the alleged offence.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2025 and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the informant and his wife. From perusal of postmortem report of the informant's wife, it appears that no external injury was found on her.

7. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

8. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class (East), Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Minapur(Meenapur) P.S. Case No. 346 of 2023.
