ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 324, 303, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and there has been a land dispute between the informant and the petitioner. The injury purported to have been inflicted by the petitioner, has been found to be simple in nature Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that there is history of litigation between the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

Case No. 54 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 525 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
