The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lakhanaur P.S. Case No.149/2016 registered under Sections 143, 147, 149, 152, 186, 188, 427, 341, 323, 332, 333, 353, 504 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons blocked the road near Lakhnaur Durga Temple. When the Block Development Officer along with Circle Officer reached there to remove the blockage, they were misbehaved and assaulted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner happens to be the member of the mob. It is also submitted that the

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation as made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Lakhnaur P.S. Case No.149 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
