JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 19-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 302, 337 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners were rejected vide order dated 06.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72998 of 2022.

From perusal of the materials available on record, I am not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail application is again rejected in connection
