In the present writ petition, the petitioner has made a prayer for directing the Respondents to post him as Assistant Professor in consonance with the qualification and teaching experience of the petitioner. It has been admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has already been posted as Assistant Professor. However, the teaching experience of the petitioner has not been taken into account as Anesthetist in accordance with law. The Court is of the opinion that once the relief, which was sought in

Patna High Court CWJC No.11924 of 2011 (5) dt.15-03-2016 2/2 the present writ petition, has already been granted and now the petitioner is disputing that his experience as Anesthetist may be considered as qualification for giving benefit of teaching experience, the petitioner may approach the authority concerned i.e. Respondent no.3 and file a detailed representation regarding his grievance for considering his tenure as Anesthetist for giving the benefit of teaching experience.

If such representation with supportive document is filed before the Respondent no.3 within a period of eight weeks from today, the Court expects that the Respondent no.3 may examine the same and pass appropriate order preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

The writ petition stands disposed of with above observation and direction.
