Patna High Court CR. REV. No.835 of 2005 dt.11-08-2015 Criminal Appeal No. 21/91/16/2001, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 04.02.1991 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Complaint Case No. 1153 of 1982 (Tr. No. 104 of 1991), by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Section 452 IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for six months respectively. Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any justification for interference with the same.
However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.
With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the Applications stand dismissed.
