JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya) P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 8 liters 700 ml liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and she is a lady and having no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that she is ready to abide by any condition imposed on her.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24498 of 2019(3) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya) P.S.
