ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by this Court by the order dated 26.6.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1239 of 2012 (Trial No. 3362 of 2013) to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani. In the nature of dispute between the Parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but the dispute could not be resolved.
Bet that as it may, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order of this Court dated 26.6.2014 passed in connection with Complaint Case No. 1239 of 2012 (Trial No. 3362 of 2013) to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17213 of 2014 (4) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.
However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- (One thousand five hundred) per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.750/-. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
