The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Town P. S. Case No. 830 of 2019 dated 11.11.2019 instituted for offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner has also not been put on Test Identification Parade. His name has transpired only in the confession

Some of the other accused persons of this case have been granted bail.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2020. Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P. S. Case No. 830 of 2019.

The petition stands allowed.
