The petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 753 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a), 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

115 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. The house in question in joint possession of family. Petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35300 of 2021(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.
