====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-08-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 302, 323, 325, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 296 of 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the FIR accused persons including the petitioner came at the door of the informant and they asked brother of the informant to withdraw the case which was lodged under Section 144 of the Cr.P.C. It is further alleged that all the accused persons brutally assaulted the brother of the

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. Petitioner is a lady and there was admitted land dispute between the parties. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific overt act alleged her. Moreover, petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and she is in custody since 31.01.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner being a lady, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Motihari at East Champaran in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 296 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
