ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-07-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 18.5.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.4, Khagaria in Criminal Appeal No.20 of 1992, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioners and maintained the sentence passed on 4.12.1992 by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Complaint case No.379C of 1980 (Trial No.194 of 1992).
On going through the impugned judgments, I do not find any error on law or on facts. However, considering the period of custody of the Petitioners as also the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by them.
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.459 of 2005 dt.17-07-2015 2/2 With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
