This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Srikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015 dated 13.04.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (IX), (X) of the SC/ST Act. Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned counsel for the State has pointed out that this is a case of the year 2015 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed by now.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50533 of 2015(2) dt.14-09-2020 2/2 If at all the investigation is still incomplete, the same must be concluded within a period of three months.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
